Join The Links Shell Cove as a Casual Golf Operations Assistant and help deliver an outstanding golfing and recreation experience for the community.
In this varied, hands‐on role, you will support Pro Shop and facility operations, providing excellent customer service while contributing to the presentation and smooth running of this unique coastal venue.
Working within a supportive team environment, you will enjoy flexible shifts across a dynamic setting, with hours available Monday to Sunday and including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Support Pro Shop and facility operations; maintain presentation; assist with customer service and payments; operate point‐of‐sale systems; contribute to smooth running of the venue; assist with driving range and café/bar operations as required.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience in retail, hospitality or recreational environments
* Confidence using point‐of‐sale systems and handling payments
* Genuine interest in golf or sport (preferred but not essential)
* Current RSA (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
* A National Police History Check clearance
* A current "Working with Children Check" clearance in accordance with the 'Child Protection (WWC) Act 2012'
* Pre‐placement medical assessment
