* Bridge the gap between job seekers and local employers by promoting their unique skills and strengths.
* Link participants with training, health, and community supports for long-term success.
* Support participants to develop practical career plans that unlock their potential and boost confidence.
What You'll Bring
* Highly developed communication skills to provide relevant supports to participants and external stakeholders.
* Ability to provide accurate and timely documentation and compliance records in accordance with Workforce Australia requirements.
* A cooperative team member who brings professionalism, positivity, and a mature approach to teamwork.
* You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.
* Experience in a customer service, recruitment or employment consultancy setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
