We’re on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Team Lead to join our robust, closeknit team at Tradelink Cameron Park. This is your opportunity to take ownership, drive results, and be part of a business that’s focused on delivering for our customers and supporting our people.
About the Role:
No two days are the same – you’ll combine leadership with hands-on warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day will include:
Scheduling and managing daily delivery runs for our truck drivers.
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
Maintaining a safe, productive warehouse environment.
Rolling up your sleeves and leading by example in a hands-on role.
Who we’re looking for:
Proven warehousing experience – Ideally in construction or trade supply.
A current Forklift Licence – Essential for this role.
A Truck Licence (MR/HR) – Great to have, but not a must.
Hands-on leadership – Able to lead by example, roll up your sleeves, and get involved in day-to-day warehouse tasks.
Physically fit – Comfortable with manual handling in a busy warehouse, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Experience with JDE systems – Highly regarded, though training will be provided if needed.
Positive and proactive – Robust communication skills, a can-do attitude, and the confidence to take ownership and run the warehouse with minimal supervision.
Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence – Sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
