Reporting to the Park Manager, this casual role involves being the welcoming face of the park, delivering exceptional experiences for guests and residents, and supporting park operations.
In this Role, You'll
* Welcome guests warmly, provide information about the park, local area, amenities, and activities, ensuring a smooth check‐in and check‐out experience.
* Convert walk‐in bookings, promote other Ingenia Holidays destinations, and upsell suitable products while following reservation policies.
* Coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget, maintain a safe and tidy environment, and encourage guest participation.
* Maintain high standards of presentation, follow sales and service procedures, and work toward achieving customer satisfaction goals such as Net Promoter Score (NPS).
* Support caretaking duties such as site cleanliness, after‐hours guest assistance, and monitoring compliance with site rules.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in hospitality or tourism, or a strong interest in developing guest‐focused service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems (e.g., Newbook) or willingness to learn.
* Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
* Valid Working with Children Check and current automatic driver's licence.
