Helpdesk & Level 1 Technician

As the first point of contact for technical support, you'll deliver remote and in office assistance, manage service tickets, and maintain accurate records in ConnectWise.
You'll be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, empathy, and continuous learning.
What You'll Be Doing
Respond to support requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues across Windows, Office 365, VoIP, and networking
Escalate complex issues with transparent documentation
Configure and maintain workstations, laptops, and Microsoft 365 accounts
Support VoIP systems (3CX), backups (Acronis), and device records
What We're Looking For
1–2 years' experience in IT support or customer service with tech aptitude
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows *, and basic networking
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Valid Driver's Licence and Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Bonus Skills
Certifications in Microsoft 365 / Azure (AZ-900 / MS-900), VoIP (3CX), or backup systems
Experience with ConnectWise or similar RMM tools
