The role:
This full-time Personal Assistant position which offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Technical Maintenance Support, based in Geraldton, Western Australia. As an integral member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing professional tasks to handling personal administration with discretion and efficiently.
Duties and responsibilities for the role:
* Manage the Managing Directors diary, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
* Screen phone calls, emails and correspondence and prioritise responses
* Liase with internal departments, Clients and external stake holders.
* Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow-up on action items
* Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries
* Follow-up with teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
* Experience supporting Senior executives or Directors
* Relevant qualifications on administration, business or related fields desirable
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, document control and Contract review paperwork
* Proven discretion when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
* Current WA 'C' Class Driver's Licence and valid national Police Clearance.
