Job Summary
Responsible for all guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards. Maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations. Operates the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services, courier/postal dispatching, luggage services, rooming guests during arrival and farewell, and is runner for any guest requests. Supports Chief Concierge, Duty Manager and Concierge Supervisor to ensure all guests' needs and information are met before, during and after stay, leading to a unique, memorable and personal stay.
