Alchemy Saunas is looking for a skilled, reliable and hands-on Maintenance & Venue Support Technician to support our growing network of venues across Perth. This role is ideal for: A 2nd or 3rd year apprentice looking for additional consistent work Someone trade-qualified seeking flexible hours A practical all-rounder who enjoys variety and autonomy With multiple new venues opening, we’re looking for someone who can confidently jump between locations, solve problems on the fly and help keep our spaces operating at a high standard. About the Role This is a mobile, hands-on role supporting venue maintenance, repairs and operational set-ups across our northern and southern venues. Tasks may include: General maintenance and repairs Basic plumbing, carpentry, patching or handyman tasks Equipment assembly and installations Moving stock, furniture and equipment between venues Assisting with venue set-ups and operational projects Troubleshooting maintenance issues as they arise Supporting venue presentation and functionality Most work will take place during the day or early mornings, offering flexibility and variety week-to-week. What We’re Looking For Trade qualification OR current apprenticeship (2nd/3rd year preferred) Confident using tools and working independently Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Reliable, practical and organised Comfortable travelling between venues Own vehicle and tools essential Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Experience across general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical assistance, fit-outs or facilities work will be highly regarded.
