Responsibilities As a Plant Operator, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day operations, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently. This hands-on role involves operating heavy machinery, maintaining stockpiles, and contributing to a high-performing, safety-focused environment. What You’ll Be Doing Operating heavy machinery, including front-end loaders, excavators, and dozers Moving, sorting, and stockpiling materials Supporting daily site operations Maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency Your Profile You’re an experienced and confident Plant Operator with a strong track record working across heavy machinery. You bring a reliable, hard-working attitude, take initiative on the job, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Experience operating additional machinery will set you apart.
