The Role: Project Officer
* Ensure effective planning, design, documentation and delivery of approved and proposed capital works projects across the organisation.
* Project manage a variety of minor and major capital works projects, including developing initial concept designs and estimates for planned and future capital works projects.
* Ensure all procurement of works and services is undertaken to ensure best practice and value for money.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in the development, management and delivery of minor and major capital works projects.
* Excellent understanding and awareness of current building regulations, standards / practices and OH&S.
* Current Police check
* Valid Driver's Licence
