About the Role
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to clients in their homes and within the community.
Services may include:
* Personal care assistance (showering, dressing, grooming, mobility support)
* Social support and companionship
* Meal preparation and light household tasks
* Supporting clients to attend appointments or community activities
* Welfare checks and general wellbeing support
* Respite support for families and carers
* Following individual care plans
* Completing clear shift notes and communicating with the office team

This Role Is Best Suited For People Who
* Are comfortable supporting clients in their homes
* Are flexible with shift lengths, including minimum 2‐hour services
* Are available for mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Are comfortable travelling between client homes
* Are responsive and reliable when communicating with the office team
Minimum Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services, or similar (or willingness to obtain)
* Current National Police Check
* Working With Children Check (NSW) or Blue Card (QLD)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* A valid Driver's Licence
* Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
