As a Finance Business Partner, you'll serve as the financial pillar, collaborating with the operational leader to steer our business towards sustainable growth and success. With your financial expertise and collaborative spirit, you will work on key projects and initiatives that shape our future.
Your role will involve analysing key performance metrics, developing internal relationships, and supporting business leaders to make informed decisions that enhance commercial outcomes. You will also collaborate closely with our Finance team to ensure the financial health, management, reporting, and compliance of our business. From preparing and presenting consolidated financial reports to managing budgets and forecasts, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance.
Responsibilities
* Drive business improvement and growth through strategic financial management
* Collaborate on key projects and initiatives to ensure financial success
* Prepare and present month‐end and annual financial results
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance analysis
* Develop and manage relationships across Finance and Operational teams
* Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and financial controls
* Partner with operational leaders to optimize commercial outcomes
Qualifications
* Degree in Business/Commerce - Accounting or Finance, and a CA/CPA qualification
* 2+ years of experience in a similar finance role with a high level of commercial acumen
* Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders, influence decisions, and build strong relationships
* Proficiency in financial systems, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills, and a passion for driving business improvement
