who's hungry to win business — and ready to step into a
Head of Sales and Business Development
role.
What You'll Do
* Hunt and win major AV and integrated technology projects across the ACT and beyond.
* Build and convert a healthy pipeline, from opening C-suite conversations to closing multi-site solutions.
* Mentor junior account managers and help shape a high-performing sales culture.
* Collaborate with technical, project, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
* Lead with commercial discipline, targeting healthy GP margins and sustainable long-term growth.
What You Bring
* Proven success in B2B technology or AV integration sales.
* Strong commercial acumen and structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).
* Ability to engage at the executive level and drive complex deal cycles.
* Self-starter attitude, you set the pace and thrive on results, not micromanagement.
* A natural leader with the ambition and capability to grow into a Head of Sales role.
* 5 plus years in a BDM role within Technology solutions
