Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software components.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues with server hardware and software, ensuring strong authentication levels for internal and client systems, recommending repairs or replacements for damaged hardware, and upgrading systems to enable compatible software on all computers.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to install and upgrade endpoint security software, perform tests and evaluations of new software and hardware, provide support to users, and act as a point of contact for error reporting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
