This role supports the emotional and physical wellbeing of residents in a memory support home. Working with Care Home leaders and a network of Leisure and Lifestyle professionals, the successful candidate will plan and implement activities and programs that celebrate each resident's unique personality and life experiences.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement activities and programs for residents.
* Discover and acknowledge the unique personalities and life experiences of residents.
* Collaborate with Care Home leaders and Leisure and Lifestyle professionals.
* Engage residents to promote emotional and physical wellbeing and maintain independence and mobility.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Hold or be willing to obtain Cert IV in Leisure and Health, or equivalent.
* Experience interacting confidently with residents in a memory support home.
* Able to work on Week1 & 2 Sunday and Monday and Week2 Friday.
* Provide evidence of NDIS Workers Check.
* Part‐time commitment of at least 23 hours per fortnight.
