Job Summary:

* Develop and implement structured training programs for crew members
* Deliver targeted coaching & mentoring sessions to enhance individual performance
* Create effective shift plans that optimize productivity and efficiency
* Promote business growth through strategic sales initiatives
* Maintain operational control by monitoring production processes
* Compile comprehensive business reports on sales, service, and safety
* Ensure financial sustainability by closely monitoring costs and expenses
* Oversee all aspects of shift safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements:
* Leadership experience in retail or hospitality is highly desirable
