Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives on delivering exceptional events and seamless supporter experiences.
As Partnership & Events Administrator, you will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality events and engagement opportunities that inspire supporters and strengthen relationships. From supporter events and pastor gatherings to international trips and innovative partnership activations, you'll help bring meaningful experiences to life that deepen engagement and drive impact.
You'll coordinate logistics end-to-end—managing venues, travel, communications, and on-the-day delivery—while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your work will ensure that every interaction reflects excellence, aligns with our mission, and encourages supporters to respond through prayer, advocacy, and giving.
This role is ideal for someone who loves coordinating moving parts, building great experiences, and supporting a team to operate at its best.

You're highly organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders with confidence. You're equally comfortable coordinating logistics behind the scenes as you are supporting events on the day. You are relational and service-focused, building strong connections with colleagues, supporters, and external partners. You take initiative, work well independently, and bring a calm, solutions-focused approach—even under pressure. Most importantly, you're motivated by your faith and a desire to see people equipped and inspired to respond to God's heart for justice.
What You'll Bring
* A personal commitment to the values, vision, and mission of Baptist World Aid
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience coordinating events, projects, or logistics (formal or informal)
* Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
* High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like Canva
* Ability to work independently and show initiative
* Experience in events management, marketing, or communications
* Exposure to donor engagement or fundraising environments
* Understanding of international development or the not-for-profit sector
* Familiarity with the Baptist movement or faith-based organisations
