What You'll Do
As a Cabin Baggage Officer, you're the friendly face at the gate, helping keep our flights fair, safe and running on time. You'll weigh and tag cabin bags, handle payments, and manage excess baggage while following safety standards and keeping the experience positive for every passenger.
As a Customer Service Officer, you welcome customers at check‐in, assist through kiosks, support disrupted flights or re‐unite passengers with their bags, and give extra support to those who need it. You keep information flowing and help every flight leave smoothly.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
* An engaging, energetic communicator who connects easily with people.
* At least 1 year of experience delivering great customer experiences.
* Minimum age of 18 years.
* Unlimited right to work in Australia (no sponsorship required).
* Flexible and reliable, able to work a 7‐day rotating roster.
* Confident handling payments and comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology.
* Able to stay calm under pressure in a fast‐paced environment.
* A team player who contributes to a positive and supportive workplace.
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and safety.
