Foreman – Construction & Infrastructure Projects

What You'll Do
* Supervise and lead construction and trade teams on-site
* Assign daily tasks to workers and subcontractors
* Read and interpret drawings, plans, and schedules
* Ensure work meets quality standards and deadlines
* Enforce WHS (Work Health & Safety) requirements
* Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment use
* Monitor progress and report to Site/Project Managers
* Solve on-site issues and technical challenges
* Conduct quality checks on completed work
* Maintain site records and daily reports
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualification (Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, or similar) preferred
* Several years of construction site experience
* Strong leadership and team supervision skills
* Ability to read technical drawings and plans
* Good understanding of building codes and safety standards
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
