Have you been thinking about volunteering but not sure what or how you can make a difference in your community?
If you are able to commit to a regular 3+ hours a week, we have WONDERFUL opportunities for someone just like you!
Social support volunteering involves visiting people over 65 who live in the Northern Shoalhaven area, spending time with them either in their home or assisting them to access the community.
Your time could be spent together enjoying a coffee, having a chat, playing games, telling stories, accompanying and assisting our clients with their shopping, attending appointments or going to cafes, museums or group outing activities.
If you are able to commit to regular volunteering on Thursday during business hours, and are caring, friendly, reliable and have valuable communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
