Siegel Adhesives is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance chemical products, including adhesives, sealants, membranes, and functional coating systems. The Opportunity

Siegel is entering an exciting growth phase and is seeking a driven, competitive Business Development Manager to join the team.

This is a highly proactive, field-based role with a strong focus on prospecting. It will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their territory.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across QLD for the SiegelBond and SuperLevel flooring product ranges. This is a true hunter position—focused on winning new business, building strong networks, and increasing market share.

The office is in Warwick (for connection days), and the role requires 3–4 days on the road with regular travel across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales of SiegelBond flooring adhesives and SuperLevel self-levelling compounds
* Win new contractor accounts across residential and commercial flooring segments
* Build strong relationships with builders and head contractors
* Engage architects, designers, and specifiers to secure project specifications
* Identify project opportunities early and convert them into sales
* Manage your territory with discipline, structure, and consistent follow-through

What You'll Bring

* Proven success in proactive sales or new business development role.
* Experience in flooring, construction materials, or building products (preferred).
* Strong commercial awareness and market understanding.
* Ability to build trust quickly—on-site and in professional environments.
* Confident engaging contractors and commercial decision-makers.
* Comfortable prospecting and opening new doors.
* Strong in follow-up, execution, and closing.
