**The Company**

This publicly listed organisation is a leader of automated products for smart homes and businesses across the world. The company originally started off as a private business in 2002 and from 2011, the business has expanded their products into the US region, alongside other subsidiary countries including Singapore, New Zealand, and India. The business over time has created an amazing corporate structure and culture, from this the business has attained a hard-working lean team who are loyal and passionate about the business. This is an opportunity to develop your skills in a high pressure and structured environment which can lead into growth opportunities within the company.

**The Role**

As the organisations newest Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be working in a busy, high-pressure environment, and must be adaptable to an ever-changing workload.

As a result of hard work, you'll be rewarded with ongoing support and training, immediate access to the employee bonus scheme, and major discounted products for all staff. You will be working in a small, tight-knit team and you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders within the business, and customers both internationally and Australia wide.

Some of the day-to-day duties of the role include:

- Accounts receivable
- Process orders, returns and repairs into SAP
- Provide ETA and shipping support
- Follow up telephone leads
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Review dealer credit limits
- Perform collection for delinquent accounts

**Your Profile**

You have demonstrated Sales Support/Admin experience, with keen problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and customers.

Key selection criteria include:

- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
- Experience with SAP advantageous
