About The Role
As a
Technical Solutions Specialist
, you'll be the technical expert supporting our VIC Sales Team through the full solution lifecycle — from pre-sales design and proposals through to post-sales technical support. You'll work closely with customers, sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure every solution is technically robust, commercially viable, and meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

This is a dynamic and customer-facing role that requires a strong blend of technical acumen, communication skills, and business awareness. Some travel across Victoria may be required.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the VIC Sales Team with pre-sales solution design, including site surveys, technical inputs, and detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs).
* Develop and maintain technical documentation templates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across the organisation.
* Lead and audit Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for major projects.
* Provide technical escalation support to the VIC Technical Services team and guide problem resolution during deployments.
* Assist with Support & Maintenance Contract proposals and ongoing customer reporting.
* Collaborate with System Engineering and Technical Services teams on proposal preparation, testing methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage ACMA frequency allocations and renewals in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure all technical work is documented and reviewed to maintain a consistently high standard across the business.

About You
You're a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a strong background in technical solution design and delivery. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

You'll Bring

* 5+ years' experience in a technical or complex solutions sales role, ideally within radio communications or telecommunications.
* Strong knowledge of two-way radio systems, RF networks, and in-building coverage solutions.
* Proven ability to design, integrate, and implement technical solutions.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.
* Strong writing skills and attention to detail in preparing technical proposals and tenders.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively across technical, sales, and delivery functions.
* High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
* Accurate forecasting and reporting capability.
