About the Role
As a Senior Change Manager, you will be deployed across multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, delivering expert change management support to programs and projects of varying complexity.
This role requires exceptional adaptability and the ability to rapidly understand different business contexts, establish credibility with diverse stakeholders, and deliver measurable change outcomes across competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for assigned initiatives.
Conduct thorough impact analyses and change readiness assessments.
Ensure alignment between project delivery teams and change management activities.
Map and engage stakeholders across all organisational levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.
Lead change management workstreams using proven methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) tailored to each initiative's context and maturity, using the practice templates and following the ePMO framework.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory changes are embedded effectively for relevant initiatives.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear behavioural changes.
About You
Minimum 7-10 years in insurance.
Deep understanding of Regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (APRA, General Insurance Code of Practice).
Understanding of Insurance product and claims lifecycles.
Industry-specific transformation challenges and legacy system constraints knowledge.
Expertise in customer impacts from regulatory and operational changes across the insurance value chain.
Expert-level knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR certification highly regarded).
Self-directed and comfortable working across different business contexts with minimal supervision.
