We are currently looking for Disability Support Workers to provide ongoing support to a participant in Taree who is living with a spinal cord injury. Your role may include: Personal care and daily living support Domestic assistance and household tasks Medication prompting Shopping, appointments and social outings Supporting the participant to stay independent and achieve personal goals Providing companionship and building a positive professional relationship Pay Rates E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL) SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 Experience supporting people with spinal cord injuries or complex physical support needs will be highly regarded.
