Known as the Co‑op, we are a dedicated team to provide great service for both our customers and members.

Our fresh seafood is sourced directly from our Fishers, arriving directly out the front of the Co‑op at the San Remo Jetty, we process all our fish in‑house, then used within our Fresh Seafood department, our Fish & Chip restaurant and feeding the local pelicans daily.

Located right near the San Remo Jetty, with waterfront views overlooking the bridge to Phillip Island, serving thousands of customers every year, we pride ourselves on being More than just outstanding Fish & Chips.

Positions Available

- Seafood Bar Members

What we are looking for: Cook/Kitchen Hand

- Friendly and welcoming person to provide great customer service.
- Seafood Knowledge – preferred but not necessary.
- People person – works well in a team.
- Reliable – arrive on time and commit to assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Help with daily food prep.
- Cooking and counter service.
- Fresh seafood sales.
- General cleaning.
- Greeting customers.
- Handling cash and using POS system.
- Maintaining restaurant and kitchen cleanliness.
- Help with set up/pack down within the restaurant and kitchen.

What we are looking for: Cleaner/Kitchen Porter

- Keeping the kitchen spotless and organised.
- Washing dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Assisting with basic food prep.
- Ensuring our high cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Maintain clean restaurant, wipe tables, empty bins.

Requirements:

- Previous kitchen experience is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Great communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

What we are looking for: Seafood Bar Members

An exciting opportunity to join our team and take part in a new station within our restaurant. You will be responsible to preparing ready to Grab & Go meals, seafood platters, tasting bowls and more.

Responsibilities:

- Daily food prep for Seafood Bar.
- Counter service.
- Fresh seafood sales.
- General cleaning.
- Greeting customers.
- Handling cash and using POS system.
- Maintaining restaurant and kitchen cleanliness.
- Help with set up/pack down within the restaurant and kitchen.
