Job Responsibilities
* Lead the recruitment and on-boarding of new associates for Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers. This entails coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
* Audit compliance to defined processes and procedures by conducting regular checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
* Maintain effective communication channels by developing and disseminating key messages to relevant parties.
The ideal candidate possesses a combination of human resources, customer service, and technical skills. Specifically, they should have at least six months of experience in these areas and a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, candidates with experience working in confidential environments are highly preferred.
