Located on an unspoilt stretch of coast near Albany, Cheynes Beach Caravan Park offers a rare chance for an experienced couple to join their close-knit team as Assistant Managers. With a strong focus on guest experience and teamwork, this is an opportunity to enjoy a coastal lifestyle while working within a welcoming family‐run business.
The Opportunity
* Managing bookings, administration, check‐ins and check‐outs.
* Ensuring high standards of presentation, customer service, maintenance and cleanliness are achieved and maintained.
* Supervision of casual employees.
* Performing necessary cleaning, repairs and maintenance and improvement works to grounds, accommodation and facilities ensuring they are carried out to a high standard.
* Actively promote the tourist side of the business; networking with product and service providers in the local area.
* Following company procedures, maintaining documentation and record keeping efficiently.
About You
* Previous experience in the holiday park or hospitality industry.
* Strong customer service and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure when needed.
* Computer skills, ideally with RMS booking system experience.
* Grounds & maintenance skills; trades skills highly desirable.
* An RSA certificate (or willingness to get one).
