The role is responsible for ensuring network designs and projects meet coverage, capacity, and quality standards, while managing capacity planning, network expansion, and change governance.It involves leading optimisation and acceptance activities, supporting continuous improvement, and guiding other engineers through knowledge sharing and technical leadership. The role also requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and decision-making to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with nbn engineering standards and business objectives.**A bit about you**The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in wireless network engineering, including design, capacity planning, optimisation, and performance, supported by a solid understanding of network architecture and commercial considerations. They have experience in planning and designing communication networks, managing budgets, and delivering projects effectively.The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills to balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities, along with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
