SMP Sustaining Capital Projects Supervisor
Monadelphous Group Mining & Minerals North West is currently seeking an experienced SMP Supervisor to support a range of Sustaining Capital and Minor projects across the Karratha region. In this role, you will oversee our specialised mechanical work scopes, providing technical expertise while collaborating with our established and supportive Karratha and West Pilbara team. This position offers a diverse range of project work, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working across different scopes and environments. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise our mechanical and structural crews
* Ensure all works are completed in accordance with safety, quality and client requirements
* Develop and review JHAs, SWIs and permits for critical works
* Liaise with site representatives to continue our strong professional relationships
* Working collaboratively between various disciplines to complete works successfully
* Mentor and develop team members on site
* Maintain strong safety leadership and promote a positive team culture
What you'll bring
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an SMP supervisory role is mandatory
* Australian Trade Certification (mechanical or boiler making preferred) is mandatory
* S26 Certification (or the capacity to obtain one during onboarding) is mandatory
* Strong background knowledge of sustaining capital project based requirements
* Highly competent ability to lead a team of quality crew
* Sound commitment to safety with strong risk awareness
* Desire to grow within your team, with dedication to the success of your crew
