Senior Legal Counsel | 10+ years' PAE | Government research organisation
* Commencing as soon as possible, this opportunity is expected to run for up to 6 months.
* Provide commercially focused legal support by advising internal stakeholders, drafting and negotiating bespoke agreements, and contributing to organisational improvements through legal projects, templates, and staff training.
* Lawyer with 10+ years' PAE, strong experience drafting and negotiating bespoke agreements. Role suitable for lawyer comfortable operating with high degree of autonomy. Experience in research and/or government sector highly regarded.
Corporate / Commercial Lawyer | 8+ years' PAE | High-profile private company
* Commencing early June, flexible duration and may become ongoing, depending on experience and availability.
* Work closely with senior leadership to draft and negotiate corporate and transactional documentation, advise on governance and compliance, and support M&A, joint ventures, investments, financing and strategic transactions.
Senior Legal Counsel | 6+ years' PAE
* Commencing end of May, will run up to three months.
* Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on energy retail, wholesale and trading matters, and provide commercial support to operational teams.
Senior Lawyer | 8+ years' PAE | Leading University
* Commencing ASAP, expected to run up to 7 months.
* Draft and negotiate agreements, manage legal risk, support dispute resolution, and contribute to governance, compliance and statutory obligations across areas such as commercial, employment, privacy, IP and property.
Tenement & Land Access Lawyer | 5+ years' PAE | ASX-listed mining company
* Commencing ASAP, expected to run up to 6 months, with potential to extend or transition to a permanent position.
* Provide end‐to‐end legal support across land access, heritage, tenement management, and regulatory compliance, including negotiations and agreement drafting.
Environment & Planning Lawyer |4+ years' PAE | ASX-listed mining company
* Commencing ASAP, expected to run up to 3 months with potential to extend.
* Advise on environmental, planning and approvals frameworks, including compliance and regulatory obligations.
