About the Role: The Deputy Principal (Special Education) will lead the Special Education Program to improve educational outcomes for students with disability. They will work closely with the Principal to deliver the school's educational vision and deputise when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Special Education Program to improve educational outcomes for students with disability.
* Support the Principal in delivering the school's educational vision and deputising when required.
* Embed socially just practices and foster a culture of inclusion and high expectations.
* Build and sustain positive partnerships with parents, agencies, and community stakeholders.
* Lead curriculum, teaching, and learning innovations that promote quality outcomes for all students.
* Manage the human, financial, and physical resources of the SEP to achieve organisational goals.

* Proven leadership in special education with a strong focus on student achievement and inclusion.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills to build strong, collaborative relationships across the school and community.
