Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver – Rouse Hill

About the role
As part of the Trade Counter team in Rouse Hill, you will assist plumbers and other tradespeople in accessing the products they need for building and renovation projects and perform tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer service and product information to customers in person and over the phone.
* Provide quotes and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
* Pick, pack and manage stock control activities.
* Maintain shop floor displays and ensure displays remain attractive and accurate.
* Keep the branch tidy, safe, and compliant with safety procedures.
* Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
* Other duties as required to support branch operations.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, especially dealing with tradespeople.
* Ability to pick orders, maintain displays, and deliver accurate information.
* Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
* Clean, valid driver's licence and ability to work various shifts, including weekends.
* Motivated to develop a career locally, within the network or at head office.
