Maintenance Support Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused professional to join our maintenance operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that work orders are processed efficiently, jobs are scheduled accurately, and records are kept up to date.
You will work closely with trades, contractors, and internal teams to support smooth day-to-day operations and help deliver excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Process incoming maintenance requests and ensure timely scheduling of jobs
* Liaise with trades and contractors to confirm availability and job completion
* Track progress of work orders and follow up on outstanding tasks
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal systems
* Support internal stakeholders and assist with supplier coordination
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in processes and workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in administration, preferably in maintenance, property, or facilities management
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented attitude
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
* A problem solver with strong attention to detail
