Job Title: Process Innovation Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing process systems for large-scale projects. This includes leading the design, development, modification, and evaluation of components and processes used in process/chemical applications.
You will evaluate, select, and apply standard Process/Chemical engineering methods, techniques, procedures, and criteria for small-size projects or assignments. You will prepare original designs, layouts, details, drawings, and specifications to meet project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and select standard Process/Chemical engineering methods and techniques to support project requirements.
* Design and develop components and processes for process/chemical applications, ensuring compliance with Engineering Department Procedures (EDPs), design standards, and guides.
* Prepare conceptual studies, designs, reports, and proposals to support project delivery.
* Perform safety, environmental, and operability reviews, including HAZOP and CHAP assessments.
* Provide technical assistance to other Process/Chemical personnel and interact with project functions, customers, and regulatory agency personnel to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
* 8-10 years of relevant experience in Process/Chemical engineering.
* Registered Professional Engineer certification preferred.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
