We are expanding and seek an experienced mid‐level architect/designer to contribute to large‐scale projects nationally and globally.
About You
We seek a mid‐level project architect/designer with experience of complex projects, a solid understanding of design development and delivery, adept at problem‐solving and collaboration with team members and consultants for optimal project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Work on complex, multi‐phase projects with a focus on achieving high‐quality outcomes and compliance with regulations.
* Prepare architectural drawings and models that accurately reflect the design intent.
* Assist in ensuring designs and technical documentation are compliant with project requirements and standards under supervision of senior staff.
* Communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders using strong visual and verbal presentation skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years of local experience.
* Good understanding of design and construction documentation.
* Solid understanding of Australian building codes.
* Strong technical/construction knowledge highly regarded.
* Experience in complex commercial or large‐scale multi‐residential projects highly regarded.
* Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required.
* Rendering (Enscape, Lumion) and Photoshop skills also highly regarded.
