Aspira Business & Financial Services is a growing advisory firm based in Newcastle, offering accounting, business advisory, financial planning, mortgage and finance services to a broad range of business and individual clients. Our people work collaboratively across disciplines to deliver coordinated, practical advice. The Client Services Coordinator is central to making that work well for our clients every day.

About the Role

This is a hands‐on coordination role working closely with Partners, accountants, advisers and the administration team. You will manage key client service processes, maintain workflow across the practice and ensure that every client has an exceptional experience.

What You'll Be Doing

* Managing client onboarding, engagements and documentation
* Coordinating and preparing for client meetings
* Following up outstanding information, documents and debtor balances
* Maintaining accurate client records across our practice platforms
* Responding to client and third‐party requests with professionalism
* Supporting the broader team with workflow coordination

About You:

* 2+ years in an admin, coordination or client services role in an office‐based environment
* Professional services or financial services background highly regarded
* Strong communicator with high attention to detail
* Confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment
* Experience with CAS360, Xero Practice Manager, Practice Ignition or Karbon is highly regarded but not a dealbreaker
* Justice of the Peace qualification advantageous
