Job Title: Wellbeing Services Team Leader
IRT Crown Gardens, a leading provider of independent living, aged care and home care services in NSW, the ACT and Qld, seeks a passionate and motivated Wellbeing Services Team Leader to join their team at Crown Gardens.
The successful candidate will lead the design, planning, delivery, and assessment of activity and lifestyle programs for residents, coordinating onsite volunteers, liaising with internal shared service teams & external services and community groups, responding to employee, resident and client concerns, and participating in Accreditation processes.

* Ensure management and delivery of lifestyle program meets compliance standards

About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Wellbeing Services Team Leader where you will be responsible for developing and implementing activity and lifestyle programs that promote the well-being of our residents. You will also be expected to provide leadership and guidance to your team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing activity and lifestyle programs that meet the needs of residents
* Leading, mentoring and supervising Lifestyle Officers
* Ensuring the management and delivery of the lifestyle program meets compliance standards
* Providing leadership and guidance to team members
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
* Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain)
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Sound verbal, written, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated problem solving, negotiating, and organisational skills
* Ability to plan and prioritise own work and/or work of others to meet deadlines
* Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
