Known for their innovative approach, high-performing backend infrastructure, and collaborative culture, this business is transitioning from small-business frameworks to robust corporate growth. We are looking for a commercial, forward-thinking Senior Management Accountant to join their Melbourne-led finance function and act as a pivotal business partner across their global operations.
About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be stepping into a dynamic space focused on commercial analysis, dynamic forecasting, and systems optimisation. Your key deliverables will include:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and high-impact board packs, translating raw data into clear business performance insights for executive leadership.
* Take full ownership of building the monthly forecasts for the executive team, identifying operational drivers, risks, and trends to lift senior leadership into a high-level review function.
* Actively partner with international operational departments and software development teams; uniquely expanding financial reporting support into a substantial global portfolio.
* Act as the co-administrator for the NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) environment, driving automation, reducing manual spreadsheet reliance, and developing mature executive dashboards.
* Support month‐end activities.
Ideal Profile
* You will be CA/CPA qualified, coupled with 5+ years industry management accounting and commercial analysis experience, ideally within a fast‐paced, scaling corporate or international environment.
* Strong, hands‐on experience with Oracle NetSuite and genuine exposure to cube‐based budgeting tools (NSPB or similar planning applications).
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable actively engaging with global operational stakeholders, while possessing a resilient, meticulous eye for detail.
* A proactive, adaptable team player who can also work independently.
