Job Description
This role involves supporting facilities management across an assigned portfolio of properties, implementing best practices for both owned and leased premises while managing facility services.
* Implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, supervise maintenance requirements, and manage 24/7 afterhours service
* Identify process optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality while ensuring minimal disruption
* Monitor key performance indicators, develop improvement plans, and serve as the primary contact for the regional portfolio
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
* Fulfill health and safety responsibilities, report incidents according to protocols, and adhere to business conduct guidelines
* Assess operational performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility, Property, or related field, preferably with Government or Corporate clients Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to lead teams and liaise effectively with stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong overall computer skills Knowledge of HSE requirements, Australian Standards, and vendor management for specialized services Understanding of technical property aspects and fixed maintainable assets Ability to obtain and maintain Clearance and associated Entity clearances Must be an Australian Citizen (tertiary qualification in Building/Facility Management or Business Administration advantageous but not essential)
