Located in Carrum Downs, our client is a small but fast‐growing family business in the machinery industry – and they're looking for a Receptionist to join their lovely team!

What you'll be doing:
* Greeting customers and answering incoming phone calls
* Logging information into the system
* Preparing quotes for the sales team
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Assisting with general admin and office tasks
What they're looking for:
* A positive attitude and strong communication skills
* An interest in admin/reception and willingness to learn
* Someone who's organised, reliable, and happy to help out wherever needed
* A team player who enjoys a good laugh and a supportive work vibe
Previous reception or admin experience would be ideal, but not essential. If you're a quick learner and you love helping people, we want to hear from you.
Additional Details
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + super (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Location: Carrum Downs (parking on site)
