This is an opportunity to build strong industry networks, develop new client and candidate relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and further your career within a well-established technology recruitment business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and developing relationships across Queensland's technology market
* Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
* Engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs and workforce challenges
* Sourcing and connecting with high-quality technology professionals
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines across in-demand technology skill sets
* Conducting candidate interviews, screening, and preparation sessions
* Managing candidate applications, submissions, and onboarding support
* Providing market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates
* Growing your professional network and personal brand within the technology sector
* Contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
What We're Looking For
* Experience in recruitment, business development, sales, account management, customer service, or another relationship-focused role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
* A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Previous recruitment experience is highly regarded but not essential. We are seeking motivated individuals with a proven ability to build strong relationships, create opportunities, and deliver exceptional outcomes.
