We're looking for experienced carers to join our team, providing flexible in-home care options to those in the aged care and disability sector. Our goal is to enable members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
The role involves providing a premium care experience to our clients, assisting them with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship. You'll work closely with our care designers to deliver care that meets each client's unique needs.
Job Requirements
* Provide genuine, compassionate, and personalised care to our clients
* Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
* Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan
* Meet the safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly
* Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Mandatory Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, or Disability
* National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
* NDIS Clearance
