Overview
Customer Banking Specialist - Lake Grace (Full Time)
Join a Multi-Channel Branch where we deliver seamless banking experiences to our customers across face-to-face and digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with general banking transactions, answer questions and queries
- Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations in-branch and via direct channels
- Support customers in using our in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers\' financial needs
- Process applications for personal loans, credit cards and related products
- Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service gaps to drive improvement
- Receive ongoing training and development to support career aspirations
