About The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join ALM as a Senior Key Account Manager On Premise l ocated in Huntingwood. The State Senior Key Account Manager – On Premise is responsible for driving business growth and expanding market share within the on-premise sector across New South Wales. The Senior Key Account Manager On Premise is pivotal in managing relationships with multi-ownership groups and key stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of the company's on-premise strategy. You will also be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, optimising existing accounts, and supporting a high-performance culture within the team.
In this Role
* Maintain relationships with existing large groups, with a focus on state-based multi-ownership groups in the on-premise market. Continue to hunt for new business opportunities
* Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers covering Metro and regional areas of NSW
* Identify new opportunities and expand market share by establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships
* Foster a high-performance culture within the team by setting world-class standards, holding individuals accountable, and providing regular feedback
* Build close working relationships with our warehouse team to manage customer order requirements
You’re Likely a Match If
* Ability to manage large/state based customer accounts
* Proven ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach - strong numeric, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Customer segment profitability analysis – able to evaluate customer performance in consultation with finance/commercial analysts
* Experienced negotiator with experience in closing out commercial agreements
* Skilled in communicating verbally and delivering articulate presentations
* Strong resilience with the ability to succeed in a competitive environment and under pressure
