**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Corporate & Commercial team, specialising in construction, infrastructure, and front-end projects.

**Key Responsibilities:*
* Drafting and negotiating construction and commercial agreements.
* Acting for owners, contractors, and government in relation to a broad range of infrastructure projects in various industry sectors.
* Advising on a range of procurement methods, including traditional methods (construct only), design and construct (D&C), relationship contracting (collaborative contracting, managing contractor and alliances), public private partnerships/project finance, and facilities operation and maintenance.
* Drafting standard form tendering and contract documentation.
* Claims management.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated experience in major projects work, infrastructure, construction (commercial and domestic).
* Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas or frameworks clearly.
* Well-developed initiative, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
* A self-starter, capable of working independently with limited supervision.
