The Opportunity
This role involves providing administrative support to key leaders and teams within our R&D department, enabling seamless operations through exceptional organisation, communication, and coordination skills.
* Manage calendars, inboxes, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics for two Vice Presidents.
* Support spending tracking, reporting, and team operations.
* Assist teams with travel arrangements, purchasing, meeting coordination, and event planning.
* Handle onboarding activities, visitor access, and internal communications.
* Manage departmental resources including room bookings, equipment, and supplies.
* Provide general administrative support and cover for other assistants during leave.
