Job Description:
RACS TAS Office is seeking a highly skilled Engagement Coordinator to provide executive and advocacy support to the RACS Tasmanian Chair and Committee. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, providing secretariat support to the Tasmanian State Committee, and assisting with College events and activities.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the RACS Tasmanian Chair and Committee to ensure actions and committees are appropriately supported. Your excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently will be essential in this role. You will also have experience in supporting committees, drafting agendas, and taking minutes.
The successful candidate will have high-level verbal communication skills, experience working with government or member-based organisations, and demonstrated skills in writing and editing. You will be able to advocate for key health and surgery concerns and opportunities within a membership organisation.
