The Role
* Manage/support a small residential portfolio
* Assist with leasing, onboarding and daily PM tasks
* Build relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
* Assist with appraisals and new managements
* Coordinate maintenance and general administration
* Support compliance and documentation
About You
* 6+ months experience in real estate or property management
* QLD Certificate of Registration (or Licence)
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Team-focused with a proactive attitude
* Motivated to build a long‐term career
