About the Role

People & Culture Administrator (Full-time)

The role has a strong service element, and provides administrative support with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and exiting of staff and apprenticeships. The role interacts with leadership and payroll on a regular basis to ensure the accurate creation of employment contracts and related documentation. Engagement with workers compensation process will form part of this role and working to provide Administration support for the Risk and Compliance Manager. Some policy support may be required.

Finance Manager (Full-time)

The Finance team’s objectives are to contribute to the provision of a quality finance and administration service; provide effective administration and management of the School's financial resources and business functions; contribute to the financial sustainability of the School and achievement of its vision, mission, strategic direction and corporate performance goals. The Finance Manager oversees all operational activities of the finance team and is responsible for the daily management of finance staff.

Family Accounts and Finance Officer (Full-time)

This role of Family Accounts and Finance Officer is to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Business Services Unit across the Accounts Receivable and Finance working groups. The role is a generalist within the Business Services Unit, supporting the financial and administration functions of the school. Because the School outsources the management of parent fees, a substantial component of this position is to oversee that accurate and timely debtor information is prepared, managed and communicated to stakeholders. Further, the role will provide support as required for payroll, accounts payable and purchasing.

Risk and Compliance Manager (Full time)

The Risk and Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and compliance of the school community. This role oversees the development, implementation and monitoring of risk management frameworks, Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems and compliance obligations. The position manages planning and approval processes for school excursions and off‑site activities, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and the school’s Christian values. It also involves overseeing the development, review and maintenance of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) across all departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices. The role plays a critical part in risk mitigation, regulatory adherence and fostering a culture of safety throughout the school.

Technologies Assistant

The Technologies Assistant helps to facilitate the operations of the technical rooms and support the teaching staff. The assistant ensures that order, safety, maintenance, preparation and forward‑thinking are given a high priority at all times, thereby contributing to high‑quality, professional technology spaces.

Executive Assistant

This role supports members of the Executive team, honouring the school’s vision and assisting them in the administrative aspects of their management and leadership roles. It requires maintaining a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality. The assistant may have direct engagement with families and external agencies and may take direction from the Principal on day‑to‑day tasks.

Marketing and Digital Media Assistant (Part‑time)

The role will support the Marketing and Communications Manager in building the brand and messaging of the school as a faith‑based Christian community. The role is practical in nature with the majority of tasks assigned on a week‑to‑week basis and will require some out of hours work. It reports to the Marketing and Communications Manager on a daily basis and is part of the broader Business Service Unit.

Qualifications and Experience

- People & Culture Administrator: Bachelor's degree is required.
- Finance Manager: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
- Finance Officer: Certificate IV in Accounting is required.
- Risk & Compliance Manager: Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or Compliance is required.
- Technologies Assistant: Trade or Cert III in related field or relevant work experience.
- Executive Assistant: Diploma in Business Administration.
- Marketing and Digital Media Assistant: Working towards or completion of a Diploma in Digital Marketing and/or extensive related work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Discretion, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
